Time for a long over due update.
I haven't posted in quite a while, as anyone can see from the date of my last post. I want to get back to regular posting again, though.

So, where to start.........

How about with the house we found and bought? Yeah, we found the "one." We made our offer in early August, and after some back and forth, our offer was accepted about 1 1/2 weeks later. We closed the deal at the end of August. I love bank sales. We did some of our renovating prior to moving in, and settled ourselves in to the new home by October 1st. There's still more work to do, but we're going to work on it a bit at a time.
We also have a new grandson! Jonas Jr was born on July 1st. Jonas is just as fun as Damian. Damian adjusted to the new addition very well, and is always helping with Jonas Jr. Pita is very happy to have another baby around, too.
I'll leave things there for the time being. I can continue with updates in future posts. Now that things are settling down, I plan on getting back into regular posts again.
